AA3003 Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet for Roofing, Architectural Cladding, and Industrial Facility Enclosure

Product Description

Our AA3003 Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet is a premium multi-purpose aluminum product, crafted by applying advanced stucco embossing technology to the surface of AA3003 aluminum alloy substrate. AA3003 is a typical Al-Mn alloy, renowned for its superior corrosion resistance, excellent formability, and moderate mechanical strength—making it ideal for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications. The stucco embossed surface (also known as "stucco finish") features a fine, uniform, matte-textured pattern that not only enhances the product’s aesthetic appeal but also improves its anti-slip performance, hides minor scratches, and reduces light reflection. The product can be optionally coated (PE/PVDF) to further enhance corrosion resistance and color retention, adapting to different usage environments from indoor cladding to outdoor roofing and industrial enclosures.
With its lightweight, easy processing, and multi-scenario adaptability, AA3003 stucco embossed aluminum sheet has become a popular choice among architects, contractors, and project owners, balancing practicality and aesthetics for diverse project needs.

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging: Each sheet is covered with a PE film to prevent scratches, oxidation, and moisture; the sheets are stacked neatly, separated by wooden strips, and packaged with waterproof, moisture-proof packaging materials. For coated products, additional protective layers are added to avoid coating damage.

Storage: The products should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and rain-proof warehouse, placed obliquely at an angle of 5°, with wooden strips under the bottom (spacing ≤2m) to avoid moisture, deformation, and oxidation.

Transportation: Suitable for sea, land, and air transportation. During transportation, avoid collision, extrusion, exposure to rain, sunlight, and chemical substances, ensuring the products arrive at the project site in good condition.

FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between AA3003 and other aluminum alloys (such as 1060, 5052) for these applications?
A1: AA3003 (Al-Mn alloy) has better corrosion resistance than 1060 (pure aluminum) and better formability than 5052 (Al-Mg alloy). It balances corrosion resistance, formability, and cost, making it the most versatile choice for roofing, cladding, and industrial enclosures. 1060 is cheaper but has poor corrosion resistance; 5052 has excellent corrosion resistance but is less formable and more expensive—suitable for harsh marine environments rather than multi-scenario use.

Q2: Is the stucco embossed surface easy to clean and maintain?
A2: Yes. The stucco embossed surface has good stain resistance, and minor dirt (dust, rainwater stains) can be cleaned with water and a soft cloth. The matte texture hides minor scratches and fingerprints, reducing the frequency of maintenance. For industrial enclosures exposed to more pollution, regular cleaning (once every 3-6 months) is sufficient to maintain the surface appearance.

Q3: Can the product be customized for special shapes and sizes?
A3: Yes, we support full customization. We can customize the thickness (0.3mm-3.0mm), width, length (up to 12m), temper (H14/H18/H32), embossing density, coating type (PE/PVDF), and color (RAL/Pantone) according to your project’s design drawings and specific needs. We can also process the sheet into corrugated, trapezoidal, curved, or other shapes to adapt to complex architectural and industrial structures.

Q4: What is the service life of the product, and what after-sales services do you provide?
A4: The service life is 10-15 years for uncoated products and 15-20 years for coated products under normal use conditions. We provide 1-2 years of quality guarantee period. During the guarantee period, if there is any quality problem caused by the product itself (such as embossing defects, coating peeling, substrate corrosion), we will provide free replacement and maintenance services. In addition, we provide professional technical guidance, including installation suggestions and maintenance tips, as well as lifelong technical consultation services.
