AA5052 H32 1.5mm prepainted aluminum coil is a high-performance, lightweight and durable decorative structural material specifically developed for lightweight structural components. It takes AA5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy as the base material, which is renowned for its excellent mechanical strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistance and weldability — far superior to pure aluminum and ordinary aluminum-manganese alloys — making it an ideal choice for lightweight structural applications. After strict chemical pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating and passivation) to enhance paint adhesion and corrosion resistance, the coil is roller-coated with high-quality PE (polyester) paint and cured at high temperatures, forming a dense, uniform and wear-resistant surface coating. The H32 temper (half-hard state) perfectly balances excellent formability and moderate rigidity, while the 1.5mm thickness achieves an optimal combination of lightweight performance and structural stability, effectively reducing the overall weight of components without compromising their load-bearing capacity.
