AA3105 H14 0.8mm prepainted aluminum coil is a high-reliability, corrosion-resistant protective and decorative material specially designed for pipeline insulation outer covering in medium to high-demand scenarios. It adopts AA3105 aluminum-manganese alloy as the base material, an upgraded variant of AA3003 alloy with enhanced rust resistance, formability and surface smoothness, making it more suitable for thick-gauge pipeline outer covering applications. After strict chemical pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating and passivation) to improve paint adhesion and corrosion resistance, the coil is roller-coated with high-quality PE (polyester) paint and cured at high temperatures, forming a dense, uniform and wear-resistant surface coating. The H14 temper (half-hard state) balances excellent formability and appropriate rigidity, while the 0.8mm thickness provides strong protective performance and anti-deformation capacity, making it an ideal choice for pipeline insulation outer covering in harsh industrial and coastal environments.
