AA3003 H14 0.5mm prepainted aluminum coil is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant protective and decorative material specially developed for pipeline insulation outer covering. It takes AA3003 aluminum-manganese alloy as the base material — a material renowned for its superior rust resistance and mechanical strength compared to pure aluminum — and undergoes rigorous chemical pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating, passivation) to enhance paint adhesion. The coil is then roller-coated with high-quality PE (polyester) paint and cured at high temperatures to form a smooth, dense and wear-resistant surface coating. The H14 temper (half-hard state) provides excellent formability and appropriate rigidity, while the 0.5mm thickness strikes a perfect balance between structural stability and light weight, making it ideal for protecting the inner insulation layer of pipelines and extending the service life of pipeline systems in various environments.
