PVDF Coated Aluminum Coil Overview

PVDF Paint Coated Aluminum refers to aluminum materials coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin paint. This high-performance fluorocarbon coating provides excellent weather, corrosion, and UV resistance, making it ideal for building exteriors, curtain walls, roofs, and indoor/outdoor decoration applications.

Aluminum materials offer excellent plasticity and strength, while the PVDF coating enhances both aesthetics and durability. The coating protects against harsh weather conditions including rainwater, sunlight, and chemical corrosion. PVDF-coated aluminum features beautiful appearance, long-lasting color retention, easy maintenance, and excellent fire resistance properties that meet building safety standards.

3003 alloy is an AL-Mn series alloy, widely used as rust-proof aluminum. It offers slightly higher strength than commercial pure aluminum but cannot be strengthened through heat treatment. Cold working methods are typically used to improve mechanical properties. The alloy exhibits high plasticity in annealed state, good corrosion resistance, and excellent weldability.
