About Prepainted Aluminum Coil

Prepainted aluminum coil is produced with aluminum sheet or aluminum coil and processed by coating with color. There are two main types of prepainted aluminum coil - PVDF and PE - which are widely used in aluminum plate, aluminum veneer, aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceiling, shingles, scrap, pop-top, electronics, and various industrial applications.

PVDF Coatings: Known for their exceptional durability and weather resistance, PVDF coatings provide a smooth and glossy finish suitable for architectural applications. Available in a wide range of colors, they are often used for exterior cladding, roofing, and signage.

PE Coatings: Offer good UV resistance and color retention, commonly used for interior applications where extreme weather resistance is not required. Available in various colors, PE coated aluminum coils are ideal for indoor decorations, ceiling panels, and similar applications.
