Alloy 1060 Color Coated Aluminium Coil Sheet is a versatile non-alloy aluminum product renowned for its excellent formability, including bending, punching, and welding. The sheet features a durable PVDF or PE color coating, applied through roller coating or similar processes, providing enhanced weather resistance, UV protection, and aesthetic appeal in shades like gray, silver, or custom colors. Available in thicknesses typically ranging from 0.2mm to 3.0mm and various widths, it is ideally suited for protective shielding applications, such as channel letters, signage backplates, or architectural cladding components requiring durability and a finished appearance.
Prepainted aluminum coil is produced with aluminum sheet or aluminum coil and processed by coating with color. There are two main types: PVDF and PE coatings, which are widely used in aluminum plate, aluminum veneer, aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceiling, shingles, scrap, pop-top, electronics.
