The 8079-O ultra-high-purity medical sterile packaging foil (0.016 mm thickness, 300–1300 mm customizable width, pharmaceutical-grade heat-seal lacquer + high-barrier coating) is the world’s most trusted material for syringes, vials, IV bags, blister packs and surgical instrument sterile barrier systems.
Alloy 8079-O: pinhole ≤ 10 pcs/m², elongation > 14 %, zero heavy-metal migration.
High-barrier lacquer system: OTR < 0.005 cc/m²·24 h, WVTR < 0.005 g/m²·24 h, 121 °C × 30 min sterilization safe.
Meets USP <661>, EP 3.1.11, ISO 11607, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 standards.
Result: sterile packaging that maintains 10+ years integrity, survives EtO, gamma, E-beam & steam sterilization, and seals at 600 pouches/min.
