The 5754 moisture-proof PE-coated aluminum plate (1.5 mm thickness, 1000 mm standard width, 25 μm food-grade PE film + primer) is the UK & EU cold-chain favourite for hygienic, frost-free inner walls.
Alloy 5754-H111: 3.5 % Mg → 40 % stronger than 3003, perfect rigidity for large panels.
PE film + sealed edges: blocks 99.9 % water vapour, <0.01 g/m²·24 h permeation.
1000 mm width + protective film: ready for rivet, VHB-tape or clip fixing.
Result: cold storage walls that stay bone-dry at –40 °C, cut cleaning 70 %, and install 30 % faster than stainless steel.
