Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 1050 aluminum strip (thickness 0.8–1.5 mm, width 800 mm) is a commercially pure aluminum (≥99.5 % Al) in H14 / H24 temper with a mirror-bright surface specially developed for heat-sink extrusion and stamping.

  • Thermal conductivity: ≈ 230 W/m·K

  • Elongation: 12–18 %

  • Density: 2.71 g/cm³
    The bright finish is achieved by precision cold-rolling + chemical polishing, giving ≥ 85 % reflectivity and perfect anodizing acceptance.
    Lightweight, 100 % recyclable, and ready for CNC fin-cutting, folding, or extrusion-bonding, the 800 mm width feeds the widest automatic fin presses in one pass
