Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 3105 aluminum coil, with a thickness range of 0.6–1.0mm, is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-manganese alloy (aluminum 97.0–98.0%, manganese 0.3–0.8%, magnesium 0.2–0.8%, trace iron, silicon, copper) in H14 or H24 temper, featuring a moisture-proof color-coated surface for the inner wall of cold storage facilities. This alloy offers moderate strength (tensile strength ~150–200 MPa), excellent corrosion resistance, and good formability (elongation ~8–15%). The color coating, typically polyester (PE) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), provides moisture resistance, preventing condensation and mold in low-temperature environments (-18°C to -40°C). Its lightweight nature (density ~2.72 g/cm³) reduces structural loads, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable cold chain infrastructure.
