Aluminum Alloy 1060 Aluminum Coil (0.8–1.5mm) with Mirror Coating for Vehicle Body Heat Insulation Reflective Board

Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 1060 Aluminum Coil, with a thickness of 0.8–1.5mm, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (99.6% minimum aluminum, with trace amounts of iron, silicon, and copper) in O-temper or H14 temper, featuring a mirror coating for vehicle body heat insulation reflective boards. It offers excellent formability (elongation ~15-30% in O-temper), good corrosion resistance, and low strength (tensile strength ~70-120 MPa). The mirror coating provides high reflectivity (~85-95%), enhancing thermal insulation by reflecting radiant heat. Its lightweight nature (density ~2.70 g/cm³) reduces vehicle weight, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable manufacturing. The coil format enables efficient production for automotive heat shields and reflective panels.
