Aluminum Alloy 3003 (1.5mm × 1200mm) for Building Integrated Curtain Wall

Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 3003, with a thickness of 1.5mm and a width of 1200mm, is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-manganese alloy (aluminum 96.7-99.0%, manganese 1.0-1.5%, trace iron, silicon, copper) in H14 or H24 temper, designed for photovoltaic building integrated curtain walls (BIPV). It offers moderate strength (tensile strength ~145-185 MPa), excellent corrosion resistance, and good formability (elongation ~8-15%). Its lightweight nature (density ~2.73 g/cm³) reduces structural loads, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable construction. The 1200mm width enables efficient production for large-scale BIPV panels that combine solar energy generation with architectural aesthetics.
