Product Description:

FlexiCool 1060 aluminum alloy is a high-purity aluminum (99.6% aluminum ≥content) made into a 0.05mm ultra-thin aluminum foil with a width of 1200mm through a precision rolling process, which is specially developed for efficient heat dissipation and flexible design scenarios.

Key Performance Indicators:

Ultra-thin and lightweight: only 0.05mm thick (equivalent to 1/2 of the diameter of a hair), density 2.7 g/cm³, and 65% lighter weight than copper foil.

High thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity ≥ 230 W/(m·K), comparable to pure aluminum, and conducts heat quickly.

Flexible and plastic: the elongation is ≥15%, supports repeated bending (> 100,000 times), and adapts to the heat dissipation needs of curved surfaces.

Corrosion resistance: The natural oxide film is resistant to moisture, weak acid and alkali erosion, and has a life span of more than 10 years.

Large-scale production: 1200mm wide design, suitable for roll-to-roll continuous processing, with a yield rate of >98%.
