Parts Requirements: Good Corrosion Resistance, Good Heat Resistance, Heat Dissipation And Beautiful Appearance Surface Are Required.
Material Requirements: Good Processing Properties.
Recommended Materials:
(1) Chrome-Free,AFP, Spangle Aluzinc Sheet DC51D+AZ, 0.28-0.35mm;
(2) High-Strength, Chrome-Free, AFP, Spangle Aluzinc Sheet DC51D+AZ, 0.28-0.29mm.
3. U Panel
Parts Requirements: U Panel Requires Appropriate Rigidity For Easy Handling; Straight Appearance; Appropriate Hardness To Ensure No Deformation After Foaming.
Material Requirements: The Appearance Is Straight; The Thickness Is Above 0.35mm And The Hardness Is HRB40.
Recommended Materials:
(1) Color-Coated Sheet TDC51D+AZ 0.45-0.5mm.

Parts Requirements: The Hinge Must Have Appropriate Strength And Rigidity To Ensure That It Does Not Deform After Bearing.
Material Requirements: Smooth Appearance, Yield Strength Above 200MPa.
Recommended Material:
(1) Normal Cold SPCC, 3mm, Used After Electroplating.
(2) Hot-Dip Galvanized High-Strength Steel BJG-PX, 1-1.2mm, Tensile Strength> 380MPa.
