35WW440 Cold Rolled Non-Oriented Electrical Steel Max Core Loss 4.00 W/Kg P1.5/50 Used For Vehicle Electrical Motor
Product Introduction:
Electrical steel, usually referring to cold rolled electrical steel, can be divided into two major categories including grain oriented electrical steel and non-oriented electrical steel. Grain oriented electrical steel, with its easy magnetization direction parallel to the rolling direction, has excellent magnetic properties in this direction including low core loss, high permeability and low magnetostriction and is widely used in the transformer industry. Further it can obtain lower core loss by domain renement treatment. Meanwhile non-oriented electrical steel, featured by random distribution of grain orientation and magnetic isotropy, is widely applicable to the motor industry.
Non-oriented electrical steel with the maximum specific total loss of 4.00 W/kg at 1.5 T and 50 Hz and a nominal thickness of 0.35 mm
shall be designated as 35WW440.

Production Process:

Product Characteristics:
1.Magnetic Properties
The magnetic properties of the product is featured by its low core loss, high permeability and excellent application performance.
2.Thickness Tolerance
The good thickness tolerance is characterized by small difference in thickness in a direction parallel to the direction of rolling, small difference in thickness in a direction perpendicular to the direction of rolling, and high lamination factor.
3.Processing Properties
The product is suitable for punching and cutting with excellent dimensional tolerance.
4.Insulation Coating
The insulation coating has small color deviation, good adhesiveness and excellent resistance to heating and corrosion with high insulation coating resistance. There are several types of insulation coating available for production.According to the test results performed by the professional inspection organizations, the contents of hazardous substances comply with all the prevailing international and domestic environment protection laws and regulations including EU RoHS and REACH regulations.
Different insulation coatings are available to meet a range of customer requirements according to interlaminar resistance, corrosion resistance, punchability, weldability and so on.

Note:
1. Unless otherwise specied, the surface coating for non-oriented electrical steel is designated as T4 coating.
2. The self-bonding surface coating is designated as Z coating. Following the procedures of stamping and stacking, the laminations
with Z coating will be adhered by themselves after the treatment of hot pressing to assure the overall strength of the iron core. The
procedure of welding or riveting is not necessary. It must be emphasized that the electrical steel strip and sheet with self-bonding
coating shall be used within six months after ex-works.
Surface Coating Designation:
The surface coating is usually T4, and the grade with sufx such as "H4", "K", "L", "V" and "Z" refers to special coating
designation.
H4: chromium free semi organic coating
K: chromium free and water soluble thick coating, equivalent to C5 according to IEC 60404-1-1
L: chromium free and water soluble extreme thick coating, equivalent to C6 according to IEC 60404-1-1
V: chromium free and water soluble thin coating, equivalent to C4 according to IEC 60404-1-1
Z: chromium free, water soluble and self-bonding coating, equivalent to C3 according to IEC 60404-1-1
